Booking an Appointment

To book through the Mint Spa Massage app:

Open the app.
Select your preferred massage service.
Choose an available date and time.
Enter the requested contact information.
Review the appointment details.
Complete the booking or required payment.

You should receive a confirmation after the appointment is successfully submitted.

Changing or Canceling an Appointment

Open your account or booking section to review upcoming appointments.

Changes and cancellations are subject to Mint Spa Massage’s current booking and cancellation policies. When an appointment cannot be changed through the app, call 720-957-5658 or email mintspanet@gmail.com.

Booking Confirmation Not Received

Confirm that your email address and phone number were entered correctly.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Allow several minutes for the confirmation to arrive.
Verify that the booking appears in your account.
Contact Mint Spa Massage before submitting a duplicate booking.

Account and Sign-In Assistance

When you cannot access your account:

Confirm that you are using the correct email address.
Use the password-reset option, when available.
Check your email for the reset message.
Close and reopen the app.
Contact support if access cannot be restored.

Mint Spa Massage staff will never ask you to provide your password by email or telephone.

Payment Assistance

Payments may be processed through a secure third-party payment provider.

Transaction amount
Last four digits of the payment card, when needed
A brief description of the issue

Do not send your full card number, security code, or banking password.
